Motherless Daughter Group Event

Join us for a heartfelt gathering at This Is Healing Inc. as we come together for our Motherless Daughter Group. This event is dedicated to those who have lost their mothers, whether through death or other circumstances, providing a supportive and nurturing space for connection and healing.

Event Highlights:

• Healing Circle of Honor: We will begin with a Healing Circle where participants can share their experiences and struggles of not having their mothers around. Whether you have memories to honor or need a space to talk about your relationship and the impact of your mother's absence, this circle is for you. It's a time to express and release emotions in a supportive environment.

• Meditation: Guided meditation to bring peace and comfort to our hearts, allowing us to connect with our inner selves and the memory or absence of our mothers.

• Heart-Healing Poses: Gentle yoga poses focused on opening and healing the heart, designed to release emotional tension and promote inner healing.

Contribution:
This event is free to attend. We kindly ask each participant to bring $20, which will cover the cost of snacks and drinks. Any remaining funds will be saved for future Motherless Daughter events.

What to Bring:

• A picture of your mother (if you have one or feel comfortable bringing one).

Everything else will be provided.
